Delivery and Collection


Orders made by 12pm will be sent next working day if we have all items in stock.  If you have back ordered items, we may delay delivery until all are available or provide a substitute or refund if the stock is not available.

Please note if you are ordering frozen products, you must order a minimum of 7kg.  This is to ensure the goods do not defrost while in transit.   Any orders for raw food under 7kg will need to be cancelled and a new order placed.

We ask that you are available to receive delivery or specify a safe place to leave.  As these are perishable goods we can not redeliver and will not provide a refund should goods be defrosted due to being left outside too long.

Perishable goods once they have left us are not exchangable or returnable.  Please see T&C’s

Local Delivery

Area – Delivery area up to 10 miles, unless otherwise agreed.  Minumum order £20

Delivery Fees – A net 45p cost per mile

Delivery days will be min of once a week to your area.  Weekdays we will deliver between 2-7pm. Saturdays 4-7pm.  (these times are subject to change)  If you have a preferred time please add a note at checkout and we will try to accommodate where possible.  *Delivery day is noted in your order confirmation but is subject to change

To arrange delivery please select the products you would like and at checkout enter your postcode to see if you are eligible. If you are not eligible please get in touch as you may be just outside the above areas

Please order at least 3 working days in advance to ensure we can order any products that are out of stock. (backordered) For out of stock items it will depend on availability from suppliers. (Some deliver weekly others monthly)  If there any problems with availability we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any items we are unable to supply or offer a substitute.

Substitutes will be provided without notice, unless you explicitly advise you would not like any.

Same day deliveries are not standard but we may on occasion be able to if the items are in stock and its on the correct day.  We will discuss this with you when we arrange a delivery time.

Postal service *Currently suspended

We can send treats, toys and other non consumables by post.  Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the items ordered. We are currently unable to offer postal/courier delivery on raw, dry and wet foods.

Click & Collect

We also offer Click & collect from our shop in Bisley.  Select Click & Collect at Check Out
Collection times are during normal shop opening times.  Bisley Mon-Sat 10:30am-3:30pm * Please wait for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email/text before arriving. 

As with local delivery, collection times will depend on stock availability.  We unfortunately cannot guarantee all products will be available.  If the items you order are pre-ordered, you will need to pay for them upfront and a payment on collection option will not be available.

We will endeavor to enable collection same or next working day wherever possible.  We will advise when your order is ready for collection and notify you of any stock shortages as soon as possible. Please do not come to collect until you receive an email stating it is ‘Ready to Collect’

We can only hold your items for 48hrs, a longer time may be arranged but you must get in touch to agree this. Any orders not collected in this time frame without contact may be cancelled without further notice.  Refunds will be made for any orders that are paid.
