From mid May 20 we will be trialling a courier service. Initially this will be to certain GU post codes but if succesful and there is demand, we will look at expanding to other areas.
If you are in the trial area you will see the ‘Courier’ shipping option at checkout.
Orders made by 12pm will be sent next working day if we have all items in stock. If you have back ordered items, we may delay delivery until all are available or provide a substitute or refund if the stock is not available.
Please note if you are ordering frozen products, you must order a minimum of 7kg. This is to ensure the goods do not defrost while in transit. Any orders for raw food under 7kg will need to be cancelled and a new order placed.
We ask that you are available to receive delivery or specify a safe place to leave. As these are perishable goods we can not redeliver and will not provide a refund should goods be defrosted due to being left outside too long.
Perishable goods once they have left us are not exchangable or returnable. Please see T&C’s
Local Delivery * Fees have been temporarily reduced
As of end of January 2020 we will be making some slight changes to our delivery service.
Area – Delivery area is still up to 10 miles, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Fees – We will be implementing a net 45p cost per mile instead of the current £1.50 or £3.50
Free delivery still applies to orders over £100 and a cost of £3.50 for anything under £20.
We would love to offer a free delivery service to everyone but unfortunately due to our costs we sadly can’t continue to subsidies as much anymore. We have done our best to keep costs as low as possible. Dan will still continue to provide his time for free 😊
Delivery days will be min of once a week to your area. Weekdays we will deliver between 4-8pm. Saturdays 10am-6pm. If you have a preferred time please add a note at checkout and we will try to accommodate where possible.Some areas we currently cover are detailed below. * Due to volume of deliveries at this time we are delivering from 2pm. Delivery day is noted in your order confirmation but is subject to change

*Some of the above areas that fall outside of 10miles may now be picked up by the trial courier service
To arrange delivery please select the products you would like and at checkout enter your postcode to see if you are eligible & select the delivery day you require. If you are not eligible please get in touch as you may be just outside the above areas
Please order at least 3 working days in advance to ensure we can order any products that are out of stock. (backordered) For out of stock items it will depend on availability from suppliers. (Some deliver weekly others monthly) If there any problems with availability we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any items we are unable to supply or offer a substitute.
Substitutes will be provided unless you explicitly advise you would not like any.
Same day deliveries are not standard but we may on occasion be able to if the items are in stock and its on the correct day. We will discuss this with you when we arrange a delivery time.

Postal service *Currently suspended
We can send treats, toys and other non consumables by post. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the items ordered. We are currently unable to offer postal/courier delivery on raw, dry and wet foods.
Click & Collect
We also offer Click & collect from our Barn shop in Bisley. Select Click & Collect at Check Out
Collection times are during normal shop opening times. Mon-Sat 10am-4pm *Collection is now between 10:30-2pm however we ask that you wait for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email/text before arriving.
As with local delivery, collection times will depend on stock availability. We unfortunately cannot guarantee all products will be available. If the items you order are pre-ordered, you will need to pay for them upfront and a payment on collection option will not be available.
We will endeavor to enable collection same or next working day wherever possible. We will advise when your order is ready for collection and notify you of any stock shortages as soon as possible. Please do not come to collect until you receive an email stating it is ‘Ready to Collect’
We can only hold your items for 48hrs, a longer time may be arranged but you must get in touch to agree this. Any orders not collected in this time frame without contact may be cancelled without further notice. Refunds will be made for any orders that are paid.
