Loyalty & Rewards 

Our Loyalty & Reward scheme is an opportunity to gain points (Paws) while you shop online.  You can earn points for purchases and referring friends, that you can use against future online purchases. This does not currently replace our instore Loyalty Card but the instore card is currently suspended.

Below are details on how it works and the terms and conditions.  For clarity Paws and Points are the same thing but for the purpose of the terms we will refering to them as ‘Points’ 

How to earn points

  • 1 Point for every £5 spent (min spend £20)
  • You can earn double points when you purchase anything from the Treats catergory.  2 points for every £5 or 1 for £2.50
  • Referring a friend – On a completed purchase of £20 or more by your friend you will receive 12 points for referring and your friend 4
  • New users get 6 points on sign up

Terms & Conditions – These are detailed in our formal T&CS that you agree to at checkout

  1. You must spend a minimum of £20 per purchase to redeem points
  2. The maximum you can redeem on any purchase is £15
  3. Points are not transferrable for cash
  4. It is not possible to transfer points from one account to another
  5. If you are already a customer and have an account you cannot sign up for a new account to earn extra points
  6. You cannot gain referal points by referring to an existing customer.
  7. You cannot create multiple accounts to earn new account points.  If this is identified we reserve the right to remove all points from your account and future opportunies to earn
  8. We reserve the right to amend customer account points. Possible reasons for this may be system errors resulting in extra points accidently being added, or redemption of points not be correclty deducted, this list is not exhaustive
  9. Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other Comfort & Nourish offers, such as sales promotions bulk buy discounts, or coupons. This list is not exhaustive
  10. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the program at any time without notice
  11. We do not collect any additional information from you for this program.  Details of data we do collect can be found in our Privacy Policy
  12. All Points transactions are carried out at the discretion of Comfort & Nourish Ltd
